MEXICO VISA REQUIREMENTS
1. Original and copy of the passport, validity of at least six months is required.
2. Completion of the visa application format.
3. A clear face photograph, without eye glasses, in color, passport size, white background and
front.
4. Original and copy of the UAE visa.
5. NOC from Employer
6. Salary certificate (for self or from Sponsor, if dependent)
7. Bank statement in original for last 3 months with signed and stamped by the bank and
sufficient funds (from sponsor for dependent)
8. Company Trade license (for Self‐Employed or Business visa)
9. Company Bank statement in original for last 3 months with signed and stamped by the bank
and sufficient funds (from sponsor for dependent) (for Self‐Employed or Business visa)
10. If the applicant travels to attend business meetings or to participate in a conference in
Mexico, he / she must bring a letter of invitation from the company or the organizers of the
conference, with a copy of an official identification of the signer.
11. Marriage certificate / Birth Certificate (for dependent)
Visa fee: AED 276 per person to be in paid in cash at the Embassy Assistance charges: AED 200
per person (form filling, ticket & hotel for visa purpose)
Please note: applicant has to visit Embassy of Mexico in Abu Dhabi with prior appointment.

GERMANY VISA REQUIREMENTS:
1.Origi nal pass port – should be val id 06‐month validi ty at the time of travel and UAE residence
visa valid at least 03 months at return date o f travel.

NETHERLAND VISA REQUIREMENTS;
1.A completed and signed Schengen visa application form. (We will provide)
2.Orignal passport with 06‐month validity.
3.A copy of passport page.
4.emirates id residence visa copy.
5.Photo The size must be 35 mm x 45 mm (width x height) Between 16 mm and 20 mm
(excluding ears).11 years and over: between 26 mm and 30 mm (chin to crown).
Under 11: between 19 mm and 30 mm (chin to crown).
6.Proof of travel Copy of flight ticket or flight reservation including return flight.
7.Bank statements for the past six months with stamp by the bank or other verifiable evidence
of sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay.
8.Original letter from employer stating employment status, position, length of contract and
salary.
9.For tourism: Proof of accommodation during intended stay: hotel reservation or copy of a
rental contract or proof of residential property.
10.Proof of health At least € 30.000 of medical costs are reimbursed, including hospital care,
emergency treatment and repatriation (including in the event of death).
11.Sponsorship letter (sponsor passport residence visa copy.
12.Marriage certificate.
13.Birth certificate for kids. (School id card copy)

FRANCE VISA REQUIREMENTS;
1.One complete application form filled and signed, (We will provide).
2.Original Passport with 02 blank pages & Copy valid for 6 months.
3.Copy of UAE Residence Visa page valid for 6 months.
4.Copy of Emirates ID., 2 recent photos with white background should be sized between
3.5*4.5 cm (Frontal view of the head, clear facial features and eyes – not covered by hair or
frame of glasses) Scanned copies are not accepted.
NOC Letter from the company mentioning date of joining, position, salary, travel dates and
purpose of visit with stamp and sign. [Also mention that who will take care of expenses].
5.Copy of Confirmed Return Flight Ticket & Hotel Booking.
6.Personal Bank statement for the last 06 months, with stamp, [With current month].
7.Invitation letter from Inviting company, (Business visa).
8.Travel Insurance coverage should be a minimum of Euro 30,000.
9.Copy of Trade license if the owner/partner is travelling.
If the applicant is under the age of 18, both parents or legal guardian/s must present “Letter
of consent” signed + original passports + photocopies + valid birth certificate of the minor
translated into English. Checklist and Application form must be signed by both parents or legal
guardian/s.
The applicant personally has to submit the application at VFS Global Service, Wafi Mall as
there is the biometric involved.
Visa Fees:
Appointment booking charge is AED 130.
Visa fee is AED 350, (Pay at VFS by Cash & Credit Card).
