4.Copy of Emirates ID., 2 recent photos with white background should be sized between
3.5*4.5 cm (Frontal view of the head, clear facial features and eyes – not covered by hair or
frame of glasses) Scanned copies are not accepted.
NOC Letter from the company mentioning date of joining, position, salary, travel dates and
purpose of visit with stamp and sign. [Also mention that who will take care of expenses].

5.Copy of Confirmed Return Flight Ticket & Hotel Booking.

6.Personal Bank statement for the last 06 months, with stamp, [With current month].

7.Invitation letter from Inviting company, (Business visa).

8.Travel Insurance coverage should be a minimum of Euro 30,000.

9.Copy of Trade license if the owner/partner is travelling.

If the applicant is under the age of 18, both parents or legal guardian/s must present “Letter
of consent” signed + original passports + photocopies + valid birth certificate of the minor
translated into English. Checklist and Application form must be signed by both parents or legal
guardian/s.
The applicant personally has to submit the application at VFS Global Service, Wafi Mall as
there is the biometric involved.
Visa Fees:

A U.S. tourist visa is a type of nonimmigrant visa for people who wish to enter the U.S. for Business or tourism temporarily. There are two categories: B-1 for business travel. B-2 for tourism and medical treatment or to visit friends and family.

As a UAE resident, there are certain key requirements you must meet before applying for a US tourist visa:

a) Valid UAE Residence Visa: You must have a valid residence visa in the United Arab Emirates before applying for a US tourist visa. Without this, your application may not be considered.

b) Passport Validity: Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay in the US. It is recommended to renew your passport if needed before proceeding with the visa application.

c) Completed Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160): This form is available online and must be filled out accurately with truthful information. Remember to print the confirmation page after submitting the form, as you will need it for your visa interview.

d) Digital Photograph: Submit a recent, high-quality photograph meeting the US visa photo specifications. This photo will be uploaded during the online visa application process.

e) Proof of Financial Capability: You must demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in the US. This can be done by providing bank statements, salary slips, or evidence of assets.

f) No Objection Certificate Originally signed: NOCs issued by the employer must be signed & stamped, including the complete name of the signatory, and position in the company. For Business Owners (Partner) /self-employed persons; a Commercial Trade License is Mandatory along with the NOC stamped & signed.

g) Proof of accommodation/ hotel reservation: Proof of accommodation such as a hotel reservation is required for your stay in the US.

h) Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory while applying for a US visa. This will also cover any losses during your trip to the US.

i) Return flight tickets: Return flight tickets to and from the US must be attached to your US visa application. This will make sure to immigration authorities about your return to your home country.

j) Travel Itinerary: A complete travel itinerary of the whole trip needs to be attached to your application that clearly mentions the number of cities you are going to visit during your US trip.
